This sauce starts with peaches smoked with Hickory and Applewood. The heat comes from a combination of Red Cherry Pepper, Habanero, Peach Ghost Pepper and Yellow Trinidad Moruga Scorpion Pepper. It has a sweet, smoky start with a great kick. This sauce is perfect for fish tacos, shrimp and it’s fabulous on Vanilla Ice Cream!
